 The four themed competitions are:

The Digital Arts Challenge, sponsored by The Pearson Foundation's (LSE: PSON; NYSE: PSO) Digital Arts Alliance, gives teens the chance to share ideas using digital video and other forms of digital expression, and the winning contestant will be hosted for a day by Pearson publishing businesses in New York City.

The Signature Style Challenge, in partnership with the Tommy Hilfiger brand, will inspire scores of creative teens to try their hand at fashion design, and focus a powerful spotlight on emerging design talent. A day "shadowing" a designer from Tommy Hilfiger in their Manhattan studios will provide an exclusive entrée into the glamorous world of fashion.

The Sports Evolution Challenge, in collaboration with the Newell Rubbermaid company, (NYSE: NWL) will uncover hot new trends in sporting goods and fitness. The "connection to reality" prize will see the lucky winner spending an action-packed day with an ESPN anchor covering a live sporting event!

Finally, The Going Green Challenge, in partnership with The Weather Channel, seeks inspired new products or services that could help issues affecting the global environmental crisis, including climate change, drought and famine. Ed Begley, Jr., the eco champion Hollywood actor, is a celebrity judge of this competition. The challenge will empower the Grand Prize Winner by offering the chance to have their opinions and views heard on the blog of Leonardo DiCaprio's "11th Hour Action" website, as well as the unique opportunity to spend a day with one of the organization's environmental experts. http://www.11thhouraction.com/

Entrants from Pennsylvania who have already submitted to the national BKFK competitions are automatically entered into the Pennsylvania competition. There will be one 1st place, 2nd place and 3rd place winner selected from the top entries submitted from Pennsylvania residents. The prizes for those Pennsylvania winners are a laptop for 1st place, an ipod shuffle for 2nd place and an mp3 player for 3rd place.

In recognition of the value of mentorship to the creative process, Pennsylvania Winners will also have the opportunity to nominate a teacher or mentor who inspired their achievement and that individual will receive a Staples Gift Card valued at $250 for 1st place, and $50 for 2nd and 3rd places each.

Commenting, Norm Goldstein, Founder and CEO of BKFK said: "Following the success of our Inventive Thinking program and Brainstorm Challenge in Pennsylvania museums, it made sense to launch this special opportunity in the state. We're enthused to see what the young people of the Keystone State can dream up!"

In addition to this special statewide challenge in Pennsylvania, BKFK is also launching similar contests in: Maryland, New York, New Jersey and Virginia. More details are available at: www.bkfk.com/statecompetitions
