Moira took the traditional lacrosse stick one step further and made it into a learning tool. The Pop N Catch Lacrosse Practice Attachment has a lacrosse ball connected to one end of approximately 4 feet of shock cord (the length is adjustable) and the other end to the top of the lacrosse stick. By doing this she made it possible to practice Lacrosse anytime without a partner or a wall!

Grand Prize winner of the BKFK Get Your Head in the Game Sports Invention Challenge 2007.

At the age of 9, Moira wanted to practice her favorite game, Lacrosse, all the time. She found that when she was by herself it was nearly impossible unless she could find a large wall (with no windows nearby) to throw the ball against. She set out to come up with a solution. She invented the Pop N Catch Lacrosse Practice Attachment, a device to attach to any Lacrosse stick to enable the user to practice alone.
