While doing her homework, Keagan often used her homework paper to figure out problems. When she made mistakes and erased the eraser would leave marks or sometimes make holes in the paper. She came up with the ProblemPad as a place to do her brainstorming and figuring without messing up her homework. Her invention eliminates scribbling on homework paper and having to have scrap paper around. All you have to do is write, erase and repeat!
Keagan won the 2007 Staples Invention Quest for her invention.

At 10, Keagan Bolibol invented the Problem Pad. The ProblemPad is an easy, portable dry erase board that is perfect for math, spelling and quick notes. One side of the board is plain and the other has a grid to help with math problems. It even has a dry erase marker with a built in eraser and fits in most three-ring binders, allowing students and professionals to work out difficult problems or equations without messing up their work.
