A picture speaks a thousand words. That's what 18-year-old Say
Park has proved with her winning ad campaign on 'Eating
Disorder'. Her advertisement portrays how it is
affecting young women's lives. Having been a victim of
eating disorder herself, Say wants to campaign why it
needs to be taken very seriously.
Say's innovative campaign has won her first prize in the
2008 Do Something Advertise Your Cause challenge.
We
are pleased to announce the GRAND PRIZE WINNER of the 2008 Do
Something Advertise Your Cause Challenge.
On April 25th, 2009, Say was awarded a check of $10,000 in a special
ceremony at the Do Something Office. In addition to her cash
prize, Say had the opportunity to spend some time with Do
Something's CMO Aria Finger, and tour their offices.
Say was also able to participate in a Do Something boot
camp workshop to share her ideas with other young innovators.
