Norm Goldstein
Co-Chairman of the Board
Norman is an entrepreneur with a strong background in licensing, fashion, direct marketing, and internet concept development industries. As EVP Licensing and Business Development at Walker Digital (Walker Digital launched Priceline.com), Norman managed a large patent portfolio of inventions and business process patents. Norman is a named inventor on 6 US patents. As President and CEO of Univex Licensing Group, Mr. Goldstein pioneered, developed and managed a joint venture with The Sharper Image Corp. to create 16 licenses of their brand in many categories. Mr. Goldstein was the founder and CEO of Margin Equities Inc. a manufacturing and importer of specialty and promotional products for large corporate accounts such as Disney, American Express, IBM, Merck, and M&M Mars. Mr. Goldstein was President of Peter Max Licensing Inc. where he generated 12 licensing agreements for the Pop Culture Artist in addition to opening a new gallery. Mr. Goldstein is a New York State Mediator and Arbitrator, a Board Member of Positive Directions charity, serves on the Advisory Board of the University of Bridgeport School of Engineering, the National Parents Board of Syracuse University, the Board of Visitors of the School of Informational Studies at Syracuse University, Syracuse Campus Community Entrepreneurship Initiative (Enitiative) National Advisory Board, and Amazing Kids Board of Directors. Norm is also a Mentor/Coach to business entrepreneurs.
Gregory H. Barnhill

Partner and Senior member of the Board for Brown Advisory Securities, LLC, former Managing Director North American Equities, Deutsche Bank Securities, Mr. Barnhill is an active civic leader and a member of the board of several companies and non-profit organizations, foundations and societies including: NASA/Goddard Space Flight Center Baltimore Incubator, Alex Brown & Sons Charitable Foundation, Faberge Arts Foundation, and the International Youth Foundation.
Stuart Amos, Vice Chairman
Mr. Amos is the CEO of The FlavoRx Corporation and has a 20 year history of successful President and General Management experience to the board. His experience includes CEO and President of Fillmaster Systems, LLC, Senior Partner in P3 Technologies, Executive Director of IFX Power PLC and President of the Engineered Systems Group of York International Corp. Mr. Amos has a proven history of building direct key customer relationships, a detailed understanding of international business demands and an exceptional entrepreneurial ability to drive business to foster short and long term growth.
Carl Kane
An accomplished CEO and former management consultant, Mr. Kane is a highly experienced general manager with significant expertise in strategic planning, organization design and information systems. His industry background is broad based and includes finance, information services, health care, retail and real estate. Mr. Kane began his career as a computer scientist with IBM in 1969. He has worked as Director of Corporate Systems Planning for American Express, and as a management consultant at Deloitte Touche and Booz Allen. Mr. Kane’s management consulting career culminated in key leadership positions when he served as a managing director with Kenneth Leventhal & Co., and then as a National Practice Leader for KPMG. In 2000, Mr. Kane was hired as the President and CEO as well as a board member of Trepp, LLC. In 2008, Mr. Kane became the CEO of Power Pilates, a leading global pilates training organization. Power Pilates has now emerged as Wellness in Motion (WIM), providing education and business services to companies involved with movement based training and certification.
Jack Wilson
Mr. Wilson is an independent consultant and former senior tax partner at Ernst & Young. Over 30 years of federal, state, and local tax experience. Jack is a highly seasoned financial manager.
