Rikio
Rocketz Removable
Backpack Wheels

Inventor: Rikio
Invented at age: 11

He saw a problem: Rikio’s sister at age 12 complained of back pain. His mom took her to the doctor and he determined it was due to her 32 pound backpack putting strain on her back and neck. Kids everywhere were straining their backs with their heavy backpacks. The wheeled backpacks that were available in the store wouldn’t fit in the school lockers.

He had an idea:
Create removable wheels that could be attached to the bottom of any backpack. The backpack could be wheeled when it was too heavy. The wheels and backpack would fit in the locker.

RocketzHe developed it:
With help from his family he assembled the wheels, the attachment and the removable strap for pulling it.

The idea was a hit:

He received recognition from his school principal and kids all over the world have asked for his product!

He has a patent pending.

He has appeared in local newspapers and on local TV news programs.

Kids invent…Kids just like you…You can do it too!
