Camino Resident Ole Andersen's Invention
solves a common problem.

(STAMFORD, CT.), November 11, 2004 – BKFK Co. today announced that it signed Ole Andersen, 18, for exclusive representation of his O-Shock invention.  The O-Shock is a skateboard truck that has a unique suspension system, which is used to absorb shock.

Invented by Ole Andersen at the age of eleven, the O-Shock solved two common problems for many skateboarders, too much vibration and nothing to absorb shock from jumps and landings.   Before the O-Shock invention, Ole’s feet would be numb and sore from the vibration the skateboard made during his three mile ride home from school.  And, Ole broke several bones from jumping and landing too hard.  Ole worked with his father to develop a prototype for the first and only traditional skateboard shock ever made.

An immediate hit, Ole holds two US patents for his device, #6,367,819 and #6,474,666. “I had broken so many bones they knew me by name at the emergency room of the hospital,” joked Ole Andersen, “with the O-Shock device, other daredevil skateboarders like me can protect themselves from injury.”

“We are thrilled to work with Ole and his O-Shock invention.  He solved a problem that many boarders have lived with for years and it will now be safer and more enjoyable to ride” says Norman Goldstein, CEO of BKFK Co..

BKFK Co. and Xerox Corporation (NYSE: XRX) recently launched an invention competition that encourages kids to turn their big ideas into blockbuster consumer products for sale at major retail outlets across the country.  The BKFK Xerox National Invention Competition is open to all kids between the ages of 5 and 19, and seeks innovative ideas for toys, games and sporting goods.  Grand prize winners will receive the prestigious Chester Award.  The award is named after Chester Carlson, Inventor of Xerography and a great symbol of the innovative spirit.  The Chester Award winners will receive a licensing contract from BKFK, legal support to patent the invention (if patentable), professional expertise to bring the product to market, and approximately $1,000 worth of Xerox technology.  Winners will also name a supporting teacher to receive a $1,000 prize value.

The number of grand-prize winners will be determined by the marketability of the submissions. There will be 10,000 second prize winners who will each receive a T-shirt.  There is no fee to enter the competition.  Interested kid inventors must submit their invention ideas through the BKFK website at www.bkfk.com no later than December 15, 2004.  Winners will be announced at the International Licensing Show in June 2005.

Like Ole, kids can see their ideas develop into reality.
